PTLL Meet & Greet: Join Us! April 5th 4:30-7:30pm

The PTLL Board of Directors would like to invite any & all individuals that would be interested in taking on a PTLL leadership position to a Meet & Greet on Wednesday, April 5^th from 4:30-7:30pm. We are looking to fill various positions on our Board and also have many Friends of the Board positions available (see below). 

Join us for dinner and fun conversation about these volunteer opportunities! We welcome all skill sets and backgrounds. Even if you are just a little bit curious, stop on by! As Board & Friend of the Board members, we are very passionate individuals that are thankful for the PTLL and want to continue it’s legacy for many years to come! We would love for you to join us in this mission. Come on April 5th and have any questions you may have answered in this casual meet & greet! Feel free to stop in at the time that works best for you. Children are welcome!

 

OPEN Board Positions:

• Treasurer
• Oversees the reporting and management of finances
• Floor Toy Coordinator
• Maintains current floor toys and identifies the opportunity for the addition of new toys to the play space
• Scheduling Coordinator
• Coordinates volunteer scheduling 

* All of these Board terms are effective on August 1^st, 2017. The PTLL is looking to have the positions filled by June to allow for training. Board Members meet 1 Saturday a month (typically 2^nd Saturday of the month). 

 

OPEN Friends of the Board Positions:

• Bookkeeper
• Snack Coordinator
• Floor and Lending Toys 

*We are looking to train and fill these positions immediately. These positions have less of time commitment and assist the Board Member in the corresponding role.
