| Campus clean-up Hike: Good question, we COULD promote it and make it an open event, or it could be a group event. I doubt we'd get much takers, I think perhaps we should just invite people we think would be down to do something a little different and fun. Perhaps we should do it on Tuesday as long as it's not raining (and if we choose not to make it an open-campus event) #3: i think i can do monday 5-6pm Orientation: i can serve the pizza!! jk, i can do whatever anybody else doesn't want to do Conference: yes we'll talk about this during the meeting

- are we going to promote this event as a campus event or just PTK

2. Meeting the President
- Jane made an appointment with our President Mike Claire on March 2,
2010 ( Tuesday ) at 3:30pm.
- So far we have Jane, Justin and Amy are going.
3. New member Orientation
- I got the email invitation today! we have three days of orientation.
It is highly encouraged all the officers/active members to attend the
orientation to answer question or share their experience in PTK.
The dates are:
* Monday, March 8th @ 5:00-6:00 pm Amy, Jane
* Tuesday, March 9th @ 1:00-2:00 pm Amy, Andrew
* Friday, March 19th @ 1:00-2:00 pm Amy, Andrew
@ Building 18, Room 205
and who is going to be in charge of the orientation?
We need to break down to different sessions:
1. ice-breaking/introduction session
2. video-showing
3. powerpoint showing about we have done last semester
4. president/officers/members sharing / Q&A
5. explain application procedure and the fee ( money is always the
biggest concern why people don't want to join, we need to tell them
how this $75 worth it! usually Allison does this part in the past, but
I don't think she will be here on monday and friday )
6. refreshment/pizza !
I am available all 3 days and willing to take part in 3 and 4.
But we need someone to do something else. ANY VOLUNTEERS???
Please state which date you are available to attend the orientation.
4. Regional Conference at Sacramento
- who is going: Justin, Amy, Jane, Fiona, Maggie and Allison ( did I
miss anyone? )
we need to discuss:
- carpool
- where are we staying if my friend's place is not available
5. St. Anothony's Monthly Volunteering
- March 6, 2010 Saturday morning ( same day as conference, but I
believe Andrew is going as he is not going to Sac. )
