Stegall - "The Day After Earth Day"

Central District Chapter Officers and Members,


On Wednesday, April 23, from 10:00am to 1:00pm, the PC Green Committee
will be hosting "The Day After Earth Day" where vendors will have
information on improving the environment and displays on
environmental. They will be live music and other fun activities at
the event. As a member of the Green Committee, I asked Keep Phoenix
Beautiful to be a vendor and they said that they will be there.

To incorporate leadership and service, my chapter and I will have a
Wipe Out Wireless Waste recycling program where we will be recycling
used cellphones at the event. I hope that you and some of your
chapter members will come to the event and bring cellphones to be
recycled.

Also, my chapter will be involved in Project Graduation, where we will
be collecting non-perishable food items, children's books, educational
books, textbooks, school supplies, and used clothes to be donated to
charitable organizations. So, along with cellphones, you can also
bring donations to be placed in bins as well.

I hope that you guys can come to the Earth Day event and support my
chapter's activities.
