I'm new to PTGui and this group, so feel free to direct me elsewhere if there's a better resource.

I've been stitching panoramas for a long time, mostly with Panorama Factory and other apps.  I recently started using PTGui, and so far am pretty happy with it.  However, one tihng I haven't figured out how to do is move the seams.  I regularly have stitched panoramas that are perfect, except that the seam needs to be moved slightly.  I've done some research, and it sounds like I can possibly do this in Photoshop (I have elements), but when I tried this, it seemed to leave me with unblended seams across the entire panorama, which is not what I was looking for.  I'd like to be able to tweak a couple of sections.

Can anyone offer any tips on how to do edit (move) seams?

Thanks,
Todd

In panorama editor switch on the seam view (Mode -> Show seams), then do
mask editing on Mask tab. Small "red" dots fairly away from the seam
already move the seam a bit. For more info read

If you don't have the pro version (sorry I didn't think of that
earlier), perhaps this could help:

Thanks for the quick response, Erik.  I couldn't find the Mask tab, and after looking at your link, I'm guessing it's because I don't have PTGui Pro.  Is that right?  If so, do you know if I can upgrade to the Pro version?

Hi TJ
I am relatively new also but have found that if you need to move the seam over  try via the masking tool ( i think the green button in masks )it will push over a bit ,,try that if you need the tweak. Notice on the panoramic viewer it moves somewhat and that has been successful for me.

Did you try changing the center point? That shifts everything before it’s stitched and blended.

Not sure about elements, but in Photoshop it’s the offset filter (filters->other->offset)
