If you always shoot the same way, and the amount of visible sky is
similar, You can create a template:
Open one of your projects and mask out the sky
Go to Project Settings, Template Behavior and uncheck everything there
except for Image Masks
File - Save As Template
Now you have a template which applies the necessary masks.
I'm not sure how much of this would work in PTGui 11 though.
