According to the system info you have Intel driver 27, not 31:
CL_DRIVER_VERSION: 27.20.100.8681
If you switch GPU acceleration to 'Automatic', then PTGui will (or
should) not use your GPU due to the driver version. Only if you override
this, PTGui will attempt to use GPU acceleration.
So apparently Intel's update was not yet installed? You might try and
see if this solves the issue.
