RAW files processing - purple overlay

Hi,

When adding my raw pictures out of canon 6R markIII. (raw format - .CR3). All images appear with a purple overlay, I already turned on and of The GPU-acceleration (OpenCL), but still, all images reveal a purple overlay, I don't know how to fix this problem. Could u help me?

Hi Maxim,

The 6rIII is not yet supported by the raw converter used in PTGui:
https://www.libraw.org/supported-cameras

For now, one option is to download Adobe DNG converter and convert your
CR3 files to DNG:
