Hi Mikhail,
Indeed, I see the problem. There was a change in PTGUi 13.3 which fixed
incorrect rotation for newer iphone images, but apparently the older
iphone does this differently.
As a workaround, you can uncheck this box in the project assistant in
PTGui 13.3:
Images are already roughly positioned. You would also need to rotate the
panorama 90 degrees after aligning.
