Virtual Tour Builder Recommendations

Hi There, Apologies if the question has been answered previously.
Any recommendations for virtual tour building software? There seem to be so many slow loading average looking options out there..... i have a real estate customer who would like have the option to display floor plans with clickable icons to display next to panoramas and stills and possible video clips - i would also require the functionality to create basic floor plans. Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
