output file is all black

Relatively new user here. Last week I was working with some practice files and everything seemed to be working well. Today I tried to do a stitch and the entire output file was just black. I tried several different output formats (TIFF, JPEG, PSB) and they were all black.
In the panorama editor everything looked fine and there was excellent alignment throughout the pano (lots of good control points).
I have looked at all the export settings but I can't seem to figure out what may be making the export bad?

Hi Brian,
Could it be you have increased the preview exposure? In that case what
you see in the Panorama Editor could be brighter than the generated
panorama. If you increased it by a lot, the actual panorama could
effectively be black. Check Panorama Editor - Display - Exposure and
make sure it is set to 0.
Otherwise the panorama should look identical to what you see in the
panorama editor, so there would be a problem somewhere.
Which application are you opening the file in? Not all applications
cannot handle the very large images generate by PTGui. Could you try
opening the generated panorama in PTGui (by dragging it into the PTGui
window) and see if PTGui also shows a black image?
And another thing you could try is disabling GPU acceleration in Options
- Advanced. If that's the issue please let me know.
