Hi Jonathan,
That's strange, your Windows does not permit PTGui writing to your home
folder. This should be permitted, I haven't seen this before.
Could you try deleting the folder C:\Users\bikev\AppData\Roaming\PTGui
and then recreate it as an empty folder? You can do this as follows:
- Quit PTGui if it's running
- Open Windows Explorer
- Enter %APPDATA% and press Enter
- You should now be in the folder C:\Users\bikev\AppData\Roaming
- You should see a folder named PTGui. Delete this folder
- Then right-click, New -> Folder, and name the folder PTGui
Then start PTGui again.
If this doesn't solve the issue: do you have any virus scanner or other
security software running? This might be causing the issue.
