Hi all,

PTGui 12.21 is available for download. There's only a single change this
time: the return of the exposure fusion algorithm of PTGui Pro 11.

For details see:
https://ptgui.com/versionhistory.html

Is this meant to give identical results if a panorama made using Exposure Fusion in v11 is opened in v12.21, because that's not what happens for me. This panorama was made in 2016, so I'm not sure exactly which version it was originally made with. Here's a screen grab showing the panorama in both 11.32 and 12.21 with identical EF settings.

I've attached the original .pts file.

Just to say, this isn't a problem for me, I was just playing.

Roy, It would probably have been V10 that you were using in 2016.  See the Version History (under "Learn" on the PTGui web site).

Yes, you're absolutely right John. I'd totally forgotten when v11 was released. I made a new panorama in v11.32 with the same images and opened it in v12.21 and the output panorama is very similar. There are differences if you switch from one image to the other which you can see in the tone curve in Photoshop, but they're close enough to be ignored in most circumstances and easily rectified if it's critical.

I still have a large number of images that would have been made in v10 though, so I'll have to keep v11 on my system, just in case I need to go back to them, but that's no big deal.

PTGui does just keep getting better. Thanks Joost!
