Ian, Would you please supply a copy of the project file for one of these examples.

John   The Project File?    Do you mean the four files that I made the Panorama with?  The file with all the single individual files/photo's  12 per panorama.?

This started two shoots ago.   I have a stand-alone Mac using the same software and had no problem making the panoramas.  This is happening on my MacPro laptop.

Ok so I just went back to PTGui and can see what you want. Had the software 6 years and have never seen what it said !!

Here is the project file

Ian, Thanks for the project file.  I don't myself have a Mac so cannot reproduce the fault, but maybe it will help Joost to identify the source of the problem.

Hi Ian,

That's weird! Could you try disabling GPU acceleration? To do so, go to
Preferences - Advanced and uncheck 'GPU acceleration'.

Kind regards,

Hi Joost
That fixed it.  GPU acceleration was unchecked for some reason.  I have clicked it back on and all is well.  Thanks
Ian

Hi Philip,

This looks different though. Are you using the latest PTGui (12.26 or 13
beta 8)? Have you tried disabling GPU acceleration? Can you make the
project available for download?

Kind regards,

Hi Philip,

There might be a GPU driver issue; the same problem was just reported by
someone else.

Could you help me by trying to disable GPU acceleration (in Options -
Advanced)? Does this solve the problem?

Could you also send me the output of Help - System Information in PTGui?

Kind regards,

Joost Nieuwenhuijse
