Need wmode=transparent in PTGuiViewer.js

IE 8 and 9 don't play well with the PTGuiViewer if a menu drops down
onto the Flash stage -- the menu gets hidden behind the viewer. The
problem can be circumvented by adding this line to the flashtag string
in PTGuiViewer.js

+"<param name=\"wmode\" value=\"transparent\" />"

It would be nice if this could get added to the .js file.

You can see an example of a menu that causes the problem; however,I
fixed up the .js file to prevent the problem. Go to
http://www.georgesoules.com/Interactive-Photography/Interactive-Panoramas.aspx
and then click on "Interactive" in the menu bar. Without the fix, all
but the first menu items get hidden behind the pano.
