Hi,
I've been using PTgui for a few years without any problems until today, when I received an error message stating that the software had failed to inititalize OpenCL for my graphics card. It suggested opening sys info and sending the data to PTGuide support, which I've done. But I haven't received a reply and am unable to resolve the issue. The software is not functioning at all. It no longer performs the rendering phase, where you generate a stitched image and save it in a designated file.
Any advice gratefully received.
Thanks

Did you update your graphics driver? See
https://ptgui.com/support.html#4_3 for details

If this doesn't help, you can disable GPU acceleration until the issue
is solved. Do that under Options - Advanced (Windows) or Preferences -
Advanced (Mac). This will utilize the CPU for stitching, which is most
likely slower but should work.

Thanks - I disabled the GPU and it's working again - not much slower either! Thank you
