I have been using PtGui for years but I am unable to stitch two images from my Samsung S22+ camera. Any thoughts?

You have a lot of parallax in your images. Apparently, you didn't rotate
the phone around the lens but likely around yourself, which causes the
foreground to move relative to the background.

There are huge parallax problems with your images.  I aligned them using control points only on the most distant features.  You need to rotate the camera about the lens.
See attached project file (using PTGui V13).

OK, thanks! I tried a well aligned cellphone pair that would not stitch no matter what I did. I made the same pair with my MFT and the images simply snapped together. There seems to be something else going on here.

I'd be happy to take a look if you could post the images.

Kind regards,

Thanks for the offer! It seems to be working now. I may have missed something but I have had to place control points manually on extreme wide angle images.
