Hi,

I'm having problems with PTGui Pro 9.1.3 on Windows 7 64bit writing to temp files on the wrong disk...

I get the following error message even though I have D:\ set to my temp disk in options. C:\ has about 10GB free.

Is this a known issue or am I doing something wrong?

Kind Regard

David

just to verify, does the D:/ptguitemp folder actually exist on the D drive? (in other words, did you pick it via the browse button in ptgui?)

Indeed, if the designated folder doesn't exist then PTGui will still
pick the Windows temp folder as a fallback.

And don't forget to restart PTGui, it will keep using the temporary
folders as they were configured during application startup.

Good question... That would appear to have been the problem. I shouldn't have assumed it would be created automatically.

Do you think it would be good to have a warning to tell the user the folder does not exist when they click [Create Panorama] and that the default OS temp folder will be used instead?

Thanks for the quick answer

Kind Regards
