Hi, has PTGui been tested on Sonoma? Does anyone have any feedback?

Hi Ben,

It runs fine in my tests, I haven't been able to find any problems.

Hi Joost,

11.9 crash report.png

I'm hoping this can be remedied as version 11.9 works best with my Nikon Zfc and a Meike 6.5 mm fisheye.

Best,

Jeff

Hello,

I can confirm that I have similar issues with Macos Sonoma 14.0 running on a M1 Pro Chip.

After stiching see attached - by clickin on Mask tab or any other option ending in a quiting unexpecteadly.

 ... running 10.0.19 version.

Looking forward to receive a feedback

I'm afraid this simply means you would need to keep an old copy of macOS
around if you want to run PTGui 10.

PTGui 12 runs fine on Sonoma, I have not heard of any issues.

I can't confirm that. I installed Sonoma yesterday and PTGUI 12 does not run under this software.

This is the message I get when I want to load the individual images for the panorama.

I think I have found the error. If you use the file extension "jpeg" it does not work, changed to "jpg" it works.

Hi,

That's weird. How exactly are you opening the image in PTGui?

Kind regards,

Thank you for contacting us. In the meantime, the problems have been resolved. I don't know what the cause was.
I did a few reboots and ran the hard disk utility and after a while everything worked again.
Thank you everything is fine.

Best regards
