I am experiencing a serious issue when creating panoramas in PTGui Pro (version 11.9). I have invested considerable time configuring my project, but unfortunately, the final output does not match what I see in the editor.
Issue description:
I carefully set control points and applied masks to all images in the project. In the Panorama Editor, when using the Loupe tool for detailed inspection, all seams appear flawless. The geometry looks perfect, and the alignment of the images is exactly as intended.
However, once I click Preview, the displayed panorama looks completely different: the image shifts, visible seams appear, along with overlay artifacts and geometric distortions. This issue also occurs when using Create Panorama — the final rendered file contains the same defects as seen in the preview window, which are not present in the editor.
Could you please advise what might be causing this discrepancy between the Panorama Editor and the Preview/Final Render, and suggest possible solutions? Your guidance would be greatly appreciated, as this issue prevents me from completing my project.
"Moreover, the optimizer was engaged. I pressed the optimize button many times."
Thank you very much for your time and support.
Best regards,Sergei.
I disabled the GPU acceleration, and this error occurred without using the graphics processor.
