Hey guys!

I'm asking today something about Panotour, I know this is a PTgui forum but I din't find any group here related to Panotour or an updated group about Krpano. I have knowledge in HTML and a little bit in XML. When I render a virtual tour on Panotour and I right click on it I get a window that says "About Panotour Pro..." and I want to remove it. Do you guys know which file should i modify to delete it? It's not the .html.

Thanks a lot!

PS: it would be great as well if someone could recommend me any place with tutorials to learn more about Krpano. I would understand in Spanish or German as well.

Juan

Hey Juan

the only way to get rid of the Panotour popup is to pay an additional fee to Kolor. I can’t remember exactly how much this is but is worth paying if you don’t want to have to have the Panotour popup coming up every time.

It is also a problem with Ptgui, although there isn’t a way of removing this, even with a good knowledge of html.

There are lots of tutorials on the Kolor website for Panotour. But I think there is only limited functionality for Krpano, so not many tutorials.

It sounds like you are following a similar approach to me. I no longer use Krpano, but use (mainly) Ptgui and (occasionally) Autopano Giga. I no longer use Krpano or Ptgui for the viewer and prefer Autopano Pro. But have grudgingly paid the additional fee to remove the Panotour Pro popup.

good luck!

There are at least 2 groups and a Kolor forum where you can discuss almost everything about pano soft and hardware; Kolor Panotour - krpano, Panoramic Photographers on Facebook

If you go to Krpano (krpano.com) website or license page, you will find a page where you can purchase the software license that removes the phrase. There also is a link to the blog, and probably tutorials.
