I've stitched a panorama and noticed that the picture needs to be flipped vertically.
In other words: The stitched image is upside down (but left/right edges are correct).

Is this something I can fix in PTGui or do I need to flip the source images or result separately?

Frank, I find it hard to believe what you are reporting.  PTGui does not have an option to flip the panorama vertically.  You can rotate the image though 180 degrees to get it the right way up using the rotate buttons on the Project Assistant tab.  Or you can apply a 180 degree pitch adjustment with the  Numerical Transform option on the Panorama Editor window.  If the image is then a mirror image of what you need, then you will have to flip it in an image editor.  By all means make jpeg versions of the source images available for download somewhere, so that this can be investigated if necessary.

Actually there is such an option (Mirror Horizontally) in the Lens
Settings tab. But I don't see how this would have gotten enabled.

Hi John,

my source pictures are mirrored vertically... that's the problem. PTGui is working as intended. I just hoped I can avoid mirroring them manually.

Ah, so then you could try using the Mirror Horizontally option in Lens
Settings, and rotate the panorama 180 degrees.
