PTGui with scanned old photos

I  have (again) a case where Photoshop made a better pano than Ptgui. The photos are from 1934. I dont know the lens or camera used.

Ptgui's horizon is badly curved and not aligned. Photoshop made much better result this time.

I did not find parallax errors between the three photos. I have not changed any parameter when making the two panos.

Hi Hannu,

This is the best I could get.

The problem was this: your images are scanned, they are cropped and
shifted differently. Enable Individual Shift and Individual Lens to
account for this.

Ok, I have quite a many panos like this. I think it would be waste of
time to individually change the parameters to every pano.
Somehow Photoshop does the job better in this case. Maybe Photoshop is
too "dumb" to find all the subtle details?

Hi Hannu,

Just enabling 'individual shift' and 'individual lens' checkbox does the
trick for this panorama. You could create a template for this.
