Hello, the krpano version I'm using is 11.32.
I formatted my computer and newly installed krpano.
I'm working on a photo with krpano and when I try tone mapping, my computer stops.
I can't find the cause of what the problem is.

The specifications of my computer are as follows.

AMD Ryzen 9 4900HS with Radeon Graphics 3.00 GHz

RAM 40GB

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 with Max-Q Design

This is the PTGui support group. For krpano, ask in the krpano forum:

If it's really PTGui, try to disable GPU acceleration. Also try to use a
more recent version. If this doesn't help, please send the output of
Help->System Information to sup...@ptgui.com and mention the problem.

Hi,

You could try disabling GPU acceleration: go to Options - Avanced and
uncheck GPU acceleration. Or you can also hold down the Shift key while
launching PTGui.
