Doesn't zoom on desktop (fedora) firefox: The cursor changes, but
nothing happens. Zooms on chromium, but quite jumpy. This isn't krpano,
is it? krpano would provide smoother zooming. Are there any keyboard
controls besides the arrow keys?

I created some utilities behind the scenes to create visualisation of
the connectivity matrix in order to know which pairs to hand request
control points. This arose, I imagine, due to imprecise % overlap when
we manually advanced the scrolls. See "stitching" section of the above
link.
Amazing the PtGui didn't blink when presented stitching 1.5 million x
400K images.

It might be my mouse, which works strangely in other apps as well.

However, are there keyboard controls for zooming? Strangely enough, the
search bar opens when I type anything, and keystrokes land there.

Amazing work - saw a talk about this at the 2&3D Photography conference at Rijksmuseum.
There are a lot of museums and galleries finding clever work arounds to use PT Gui for stitching photography of artworks. Fantastic, well done.
