When performing image stitching, only roll, pitch, and yaw were optimized, while position was not optimized—indeed, the output file shows position coordinates as (0, 0, 0). However, my image acquisition setup could not keep the camera position fixed; there was approximately a 60 cm displacement during capture. Can PTGui also optimize camera position?

PTGui pro has viewpoint correction. See
https://ptgui.com/examples/vptutorial.html
for details.

However, camera displacement might cause parallax problems, if there is
depth in your images. This can not be fixed, only worked around.
