I was on PTgui 12 but I found out that a few CLI commands were missing to get working what I wanted (the -createproject command) so I decided to upgrade to 13 solely for this command. I REALLY think this should have been available on v12, just as a command to write the output file to a folder of your choosing. Very weird this does not exist, but hey I'll write a program that moves the output file. No biggie but its is a workaround something very simple that should have existed.

Now I'm getting to the real problem and maybe I'm wrong about this but it does not seem like it. When I load Tiff files though the commandline into the batch stitcher using an template PTgui does not accept them. But when I send them to the batch stitcher using PTgui UI then it works fine. So the sole reason I upgraded to v13 is not working for me because it is so limited.

Please explain how this works and tell me I'm wrong because I'm on a deadline.

Hi Joep,

You can configure the location where the output file will be written in
your template.

Open the template, go to Project Settings and see:
File Naming - Panorama - Save In.

Handling tiff files through the command line should be no problem. If
you could give some more details I would probably be able to help.

Kind regards,
