Hi Bill,
Does it also happen the first time you start the viewer after a reboot?
If there's no other instance of PTGuiViewer.exe running, then it should
not attempt to create the CMDLINE connection. I'm just trying to find
out what's happening.
If the viewer opens succesfully in the end, then I don't think it's a
driver problem.
If you need a temporary solution, consider installing FSPViewer:
