Windows might be preventing PTGui from contacting the activation server.
If you are in a corporate network, it's possible that network access has
been restricted, so you can access it in your browser but not in PTGui.
It's also possible that you may need to configure a proxy server to
access internet, this can be configured in PTGui Options / Advanced.
Regarding the offline activation problem: your computer's hardware may
have changed, causing PTGui to see this as a different computer. To fix
this, go to your account at
https://ptgui.com/account , find your
computer in the list of activated machines and choose 'request
deactivation'. After the computer has been deactivated, try the offline
activatio again. Please contact
sup...@ptgui.com if you need help
deactivating the computer.
