Rafael, You need to link the images on the Source Images tab. Just select them all and right click to select the option to link images. No control points needed as the images are already aligned. However, I also levelled the panorama with vertical line control points placed on a few vertical features like edges of walls. Then run Edit->Level Panorama in the Panorama Editor. For levelling, see http://www.johnhpanos.com/levtut.htm . My project file is attached. Just copy into the same folder as the images and open it with PTGui.

Thanks. That makes sense. I tried to apply those vertical points myself from a new project and optimise does a nice job levelling the image. However, though the image is level, for some reason it has flipped upside down. I can rotate the source images back to normal, but the Panorama Editor is still upside down. Not sure what i did wrong, but certainly seems to be the right direction.
One thing i noticed too. I tried to click on “Straighten Panorama” (thought that’s what you were referring to by “Level Panorama”
