Hi, I remember a couple of good tutorials on how to avoid lens flare when shooting indoor scenes with those mean little halogen lights.  Was that here?  Anybody remember it?'

My go-to solution has always been to shoot two images, then merge the images together before attempting to build the panos.  I shot a hotel lobby recently, and I'm shocked by how bad the lens flare is.  I'm using a Sigma 8mm lens., 4 shots around, using 3 HDR brackets.

Thanks,
Peter

I don't know about this tutorial, which sounds interesting, but what I sometimes do is shoot my regular bracket set, then with hand block the light and shoot again. It takes longer, but much less time if you try klater to mask the flares. Also, sometimes i just shoot the same thing, but with slight rotation, so the flares are somewhere else and then mask in PtGui.

Thanks George.  That's my process too.  I'm not familiar with "klater"?
