Hi,
CUDA is not supported, PTGui uses OpenCL. This is also available on 
nvidia GPUs.
PTGui also uses multiple CPU cores where possible. One bottleneck is 
optimum seam placement though; this cannot be parallized well over 
multiple cores. And for large panoramas, disk swapping may be a 
bottleneck. So 100% cpu usage will not be achieved.
