Creating a 3D360 photo from ten 3D180 photos

I spun a VR180 camera (Modified QooCam 3 Ultra w/ side-by-side lenses) and took 10 photos hoping to stitch them into a 3D 360 degree photos but am not having any luck.

I cropped the photos so there isn't much over lap but even with manually placed control points I still get strange results?

What am I missing? I thought this would be a fairly simple edge-to-edge merge.

Does anybody have any suggestions?

Combined file size of the images it too large to post here, I can e-mail images if anyone is interested.
