Stitching

While stitching photos of microscopic objects (enlarged 10x to 40x)  PTGui will frequently turn the images 90 degress to the left or right.  Controll points added by PTGui are correctly positioned though and if I turn the images back into correct position everything looks good and I can add additional points if necessary. However if I now try to create the panorama they will appear again in the wrong position.

What can I do?

Hi Rolf,

Are you using PTGui 13?

Could you post your project file so I can take a look? I don't think I
need the images, but please tell me which image is rotated wrong.
