Activation

I've upgraded my hardware and have two activations when actually it is the same computer.  I have requested one of them be deactivated but will still have two activations on the same computer.  Is there a way to solve this problem?

Hi Chris,

Requesting deactivation from your account is indeed the way to fix this.
It has been handled already, you only have 1 activated computer now.
