how show only .pts files when opening?

Not sure if this is a PTGui thing, or a Mac thing, but when I go to open a .pts file (from within PTGui, not Finder) I have to scroll down past all the .jpg files to get to the .pts files at the bottom of the Finder window. Is there a way to just show the .pts files so I don't have to scroll through all those annoying .jpg files? It's especially annoying when I'm stitching aerial panos - each one contains 33 x .jpgs!

Hi Stuart,

The window is part of macOS. There's a 'Group items by kind' button in
the toolbar, perhaps this is useful?

On Windows and Linux the file open dialog defaults to *.pts
Is this not possible on MacOS?
