circular fisheye to equirectangular

How would I convert a single circular fisheye video into an equirectangular video?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

To convert a single (still) image to equirectangular see 5.27:

PTGui doesn't directly support video; see 5.37 for more information:

MPRemap by Helmut Dersch (orignal father of the panorama tools) was
aimed to do this directly:

However, I personally never used it so I can't give any advice.

BTW.: The next version of MPRemap will do 3D video stabilization:
