Reduce to 1 seat

Hello,

I'd like to renew my subscription , but reduce from 2 seats to 1 seat. There is no option to do so at the renewal, only to renew both. How should I proceed?

Hi Tiffany,

For the floating license you can purchase a new subscription for 1 seat,
when the current one expires.
