A better solution might be to use Ptgui to create cube faces, and then
use something like Flash Panorama Player (FPP) which can display your
pannos with the hotspots you might desire.

FPP is pretty versatile. You can use XML files to pass a good deal of
parameters to the player.

ptgui only stitches & renders panoramas, it has no hotspot or virtual
tour authoring capabilities -

for creating such hotspot / virtual tour situations, try

pano2vr - http://gardengnomesoftware.com/pano2vr.php

http://gardengnomesoftware.com/tutorial.php?movid=13_2

or flash panorama player + flashificator (gui for fpp, separate
purchase)

http://flashpanoramas.com/player/

http://flashificator.com/

or krpano - http://krpano.com/
