Reinstalling and upgrading

I purchased PTGUI Pro on July 6, 2015 and successfully installed and activated it on my old computer - that has now died. I got a new computer and tried to reinstall the old version I was running on my old computer, version 11.32 I believe with the intention to purchase the upgrade to the latest version. However, when I went to your Download archive and tried to download version 11.32 it would not recognize my license ( hidden ) or my email ( hidden)

Can you please help me?
