Dark ghosts along stitch lines in the sky

I've been having this problem for quite awhile. 
The skys are kinda blotchy with uneven blue tones along the stitch lines. 
As in not well blended
Sometimes there are artifacts at the stitch corners, in the sky . they are black and at the top edge of the image .
I quit doing any tone adjustments, with PT-G , and it seems to be better about that.
Pretty disappointing that the tone adjustment are not usable.

Anyone else had similar , and know how to fix it?

You neither mention which PTGui version you are using, nor which
blender, so we are limited to a wild guess: Could it be, there is a thin
black line along the upper edge of your images? Could it be, you shot in
automatic exposure mode? If you turn off blending (Pano Editor -> Mode
-> Show unblended Panorama), are the sky images of very different
brightness?
