Invalid activation request.

This one is odd. 

Offline activation. license key is not in use. Plug into offline system. Copy to clipboard and paste into activation website (including the ---Start--- and ---end--- full lines). Toss the key at the bottom and usually when we hit activate we get the new string and everything works.

This time I'm just getting:
Invalid activation request. Be sure to paste the entire code, including the lines -----START ACTIVATEREQUEST-----, -----END ACTIVATEREQUEST----- and everything inbetween 

Just wanted a sanity check. Am I doing something wrong today?
