The problem seems to be that it's possible to convert from PhaseOne IQ4
to other profiles, but it's not possible to convert back to this color
profile. You can just use any other color profile for the output. If you
choose an output color profile with a wide enough gamut, this should not
degrade the image quality.
Could you send me one of your source images so I can investigate further?
