PTgui Pro error: "cmsCreateTransformTHR failed: Couldn't link the profiles (13)"

Hi all, 

I am a new PTgui user. I recently try PTgui for stitching panorama images, I put the images in and align to grid,  align images, set up the panorama, the preview results looks very good, but when I try to output it and create a panorama, an error pops up: "cmsCreateTransformTHR failed: Couldn't link the profiles (13)" 

Why and What should I do?

Hi Kenji,

It has to do with the color profile. I think the problem will be
resolved if you go to the Create Panorama tab and choose a specific
color profile (for example Adobe RGB 1998).

Could I have one of your source images so I can debug this problem?

Thanks, I change the color profile and it works now. I am still curious though, I am currently using a PhaseOne IQ4 camera to capture the images and I output them by PhaseOne software "CaptureOne" when I input them into PTgui and start creating a panorama, PTgui recognize the color profile as "PhaseOne IQ4", but still poped up " cmsCreateTransformTHR failed: Couldn't link the profiles (13) ". When I change the color profile to something else like Adobe 1998, it works.

The problem seems to be that it's possible to convert from PhaseOne IQ4
to other profiles, but it's not possible to convert back to this color
profile. You can just use any other color profile for the output. If you
choose an output color profile with a wide enough gamut, this should not
degrade the image quality.

Could you send me one of your source images so I can investigate further?

Thanks a million! Unfortunately, I am not allowed to share the images. Besides they are quite big, the whole file is about 12GB.
