How I did getting the photo into full view

I have 5 stitch photos and it never seems to fit properly on the screen, either drop down too low or too high. So I use my left mouse to move it up or down, then I hit the Fit Panorama button and it resize to everything on the screen again.

For swivel, I use the right button mouse.

Any more tips on this on how to get the photo to fit the screen the first time using the Fit Panorama instead of me doing the first paragraph above?

Don't use Fit Panorama. In the Panorama Editor make the canvas large
enough to view the whole panorama, then grab one edge of the panorama
editor and drag the yellow crop line to the edge of the panorama.
