PTGui above version 12.24 crashes

PTGui versions above 12.24 crashes on start under Win 7.

Last working version is 12.24.

Hi Markus,

I'm sorry, PTGui can no longer support Windows 7. As you found out
already, v12.24 is the last one that works.
