Hi Team,
I have been in this group for a while, and I am sorry if this has been asked before.
I'm trying to load DNG files into PTGUI and get this error every time.
I am also getting this error when I stitch images. It does appear to be a stich error as it does not go all the way along.
Thoughts?

Hi Wayne,
The DNG file might be of a kind that is not supported. The error message
is not very helpful though. Could you make your file available to me at
sup...@ptgui.com so I can investigate?
All stitch errors can be solved (in theory at least) by adding
sufficient control points and making sure that there is no parallax.
Finding control points will be difficult here, but perhaps you can find
some tiny spots or blemishes on the ceiling if you look carefully. And
make sure you are using a calibrated panoramic tripod head. If there's
parallax (which is certainly the case if this is a one-shot panoramic
camera), these errors will be unavoidable.

Hi Joost,
Thank you; however, I just tried it and still receive this error.
On a very positive note, within 3Dvista, they a function called Live Panorama, where you add two or more Panos to show a transition, e.g. day – duck –night. The instructions say to use their stitcher as it is challenging with other stitchers to align 2-3 panos. I created four different Pano of the same scene with PTGui, brought them into 3DVista, and created a Live Panorama. It worked perfectly the first time.
Very very impressed.

Support for JpegXL encoded DNG files was added to PTGui 12.24, your
images should now load.
