Stichting top panorama

Dear PTGui,

I am trying to make a panorama for a 3d virtual tour.

Unfortunately I keep getting the same problem, whenever I try to stitch the panoramas together the top panorama (from the ceiling or sky). does not align nicely with the rest. 

I use a Sony A7III with a LAOWA 12mm F2.8 zero D sony e 

I take a photo every 60 degrees, two facing down and turning 180 degrees and one facing up to the sky or ceiling ( in which i make sure that there are reference points in the scene) 

I have added the panorama to this email for you to see what the problem is 

could you be of any assistance?   im not sure if my settings are correct or anything needs any adjustments, im not that technical as a photographer
