Hi

When I attempt to load a stack of dng files into PTGui, I get only the following error message: "dcraw failed with exit code 1". Same result on both my iMac and my MacBook Air, both running OSX 10.11.2. Any thoughts on what's happening?

If you are familiar with the command line, try to call dcraw with your
image to get a more verbose message. If not provide one image for
download somewhere.

Please do not add attachments to your posts; instead upload your files
at a file sharing site (for example http://ge.tt/ ) and include a link
in your message.

But easiest would be to use a decent raw converter and convert your
images to 16bit TIFF.

Hi,

Not all dng files are supported. In particular 32 bit HDR images packaged in .dng may give this error message. Save such an image as 32 bit floating point tiff, or as .hdr or .exr to work around this limitation.

Kind regards,
