I edited my images in LR to be nice and fit together well, but PTGui just increases the contrast, so some areas became really dark and other very much blown out. I used a trial version. And it's like, if I single out an image, then it's good and normal, but if they are combined it's unusable. What should I do?

Perhaps you used your camera in AV exposure mode?  For best results, it is recommended that you shoot your panorama with the camera in manual mode (M) and give all the images the same exposure settings and white balance.  That way, all the images will blend together very well.  If you select Advanced mode and visit the Project Settings tab, you can turn off the Automatic exposure and and colour adjustment feature before running Align Images.  The Exposure or Exposure/HDR tab offers control over the adjustments made.  Also see the PTGui FAQ at https://ptgui.com/support.html#5_2 .

Av exposure should work fine in PTGui these days; I think it's something
in your editing that confuses PTGui.

Let me take a look, could you make your source images available for
download?
