Reading exif data from DJI Phantom Pro 4

Hi!

Ptgui doesn't recognize the pan/tilt/roll data from the exif that the DJI Phantom 4 Pro V2 produces.

The labeling in the exif seems to be the same for Phantom 4 and Phantom Pro 4 V2

.

The pan/tilt/roll info is there when I check it with the exiftool and it would help me and ptgui (I guess?) when taking photos over water and when I run into tricky parts with no obvious patterns.

Ptgui has problems over water (understandable) and it dumps all the unassigned pictures in one spot, it would be nice to get them correctly positioned using pan/tilt/roll so I can add control points more easily.

Hi Håkan,

I'm sorry, PTGui currently doesn't read the gimbal data. It's on the
wish list though.

If your shooting pattern is the same, you could apply a template (just
use a previous stitched panorama).

This is now implemented, PTGui 11.14 can read the gimbal data from
images from DJI drones.
