Hi Laurent,
Somehow your images are misaligned. This could be caused by the camera
shaking while the shutter closed. It can also happen if the camera has
an optical stabilizer; the sensor can slightly shift.
In your second screenshot, when the images are not linked, PTGui will
just use one of the 3 exposures. This looks sharp but it's not HDR.
The solution is to link the images for HDR, but don't link their positions.
When you do Images - Link HDR Bracketed Exposures, choose the second
option. Then run Align Images. PTGui will not only generate control
points between each bracketed set, but also between individual exposures
in each bracketed set.
